Sea change

I’m getting into some deep voodoo. (If you know my dad, you know it must be a latent phenotype kicking in.) I’m even considering applying to the Neander Hall at Koanic’s humble house of mindfuck. In any case, I can’t keep up with all these blogs on a daily basis. Time for some pruning.

Here’s the current list:

  1. http://voxday.blogspot.com/
  2. http://fredoneverything.net/
  3. http://heartiste.wordpress.com/
  4. http://isteve.blogspot.com/
  5. http://inductivist.blogspot.com/
  6. http://alphagameplan.blogspot.com/
  7. http://marriedmansexlife.com/blog
  8. http://schneier.com/
  9. http://theprivateman.wordpress.com/
  10. http://dalrock.wordpress.com/
  11. http://captaincapitalism.blogspot.com/
  12. dilbert.com/blog
  13. http://esr.ibiblio.org/
  14. http://anepigone.blogspot.com/
  15. http://rationalmale.wordpress.com/

Before making the cuts, I feel it’s necessary to list the reasons I read blogs:

  1. To maintain a worldview that’s in touch with reality (it’s been a problem)
  2. To grow intellectually (by proximity, if by no other means)
  3. To encounter new ideas with large possibility trees (I can translate this upon request)
  4. Community; I know, who would have thought?

Maybe that list needs work. Later, though. I’m drunk. Here are the additions:

Here are the cuts:

I hope we can still be friends.

I don’t think you’re missing out on anything with Dalrock. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen good, creative output from him. I’ll let you know of anything groundbreaking.

I’m bookmarking this page for when I feel like poking around teh Internetz
