That’s probably the first convincing tranny I’ve ever seen. When they caught up with him later I thought it was his mother and the reveal was shocking. The younger version wasn’t convincing though.
Trannies are an interesting bunch. Steve Sailer talks a lot about how they often have “hypermasculine” interests (business, in this case), yet clearly they aren’t generally hypermasculine in demeanor. Their tendency to identify so strongly with their gender transformation is downright bizarre- once they go MtF that becomes the only subject they want to talk about (other than their sex life, which is as uncomfortable to listen to as it sounds like). It’s also very strange that, after the MtF, their hypermasculine interests take a backseat to the most stereotypically girly interests they can engage in. For instance, a rocket scientist at Boeing might give up his lifelong obsession with rockets in order to bake cookies and join a reading club. He will typically do these things as conspicuously as possible (bringing cookies to work, for instance), presumably to convince everyone of the change.
I don’t know what it is precisely about some fetishes that causes people to lose interest in every other aspect of their identity. There seems to be greater risk for some of them than others, and possibly mental illness/homosexuality plays a role. Addictive behavior plays a huge part, because you can observe a manic period immediately after the change which corresponds to the dopamine dump. But later on the anxiety sets back in and they kill themselves in huge numbers, or otherwise descend into abject misery.
