Regarding the recent food fight

While I’m sure we all enjoyed the hue and spectacle, it’s time for us all to come back to earth. Everyone who jumped in gets to take 48 hours off from commenting at this blog, because we all need vacations sometimes to chill out, and I’m just generous like that. This ban is quite universal and unfair, because life isn’t fair and because deal with it. That means the following people, some of whom were barely involved, will have comments deleted on sight.

The only exception is your humble host, who must continue in the Way of the Nobilid. If you wish to appeal the 48-hour banholiday please fill out this form.

In the meantime you may wish to use some of the time this frees up to consider how much good, objectively, came of your behavior, and whether we could do a little better next time.

I go away for ONE DAY to celebrate Yom Teruah, the Hebrew Feast of Trumpets, aka “Free the Slaves and Forgive all Debts and blow wind instruments as loud as you want” day, and I miss a food fight? Dammit! Try not to have another food fight on Yom Kippur, aka “Band-aids For Little Kids with Scraped Knees” day, coming up ten days from now.

  2. Mycroft Jones says:

Tom Kratman, really enjoyed your book Caliphate, thanks for writing it. One thing wasn’t really spelled out: why did the Caliphate pretend that Israel didn’t exist? In the universe of the novel, was it a nuclear glassed out wasteland? Was it a staging ground for American troops and equipment? Or was it just a little enclave where the doughty Jews were smashing anyone stepped over the line?

He’s not allowed to answer via blergh right now.

    • Tom Kratman says:

At least I got top billing.

The Wogs’ maps, as a general rule, already refuse to show Israel; I simply carried that forward in time.

      • Aeoli Pera says:

Makes sense. I haven’t read that one yet.

If you’re interested, I did a review of Big Boys Don’t Cry. I’d love to know if I pegged the them correctly. https://aeolipera.wordpress.com/2017/01/20/review-of-big-boys-dont-cry-edifying/

        • Tom Kratman says:

It’s right, as far as it goes, but it only covers half the subject.

See, I try to write in layers, with different messages there to be seen as the reader delves more deeply and gives more thought to the matter. A Desert Called Peace, the series (not quite done yet) can be read maybe 6 different ways, one of which is a Roman a Clef and another of which is as a one source, 8 (eventually) volume education on the art of war, “in all times, in all countries, together with some closely related subjects.”

BBDC was, being short, not that heavily layered. In addition to what you identified, it is also an attack on Keith Laumer’s Boloverse, insofar as that revolves around the easy programming of virtue into a sentient being, which is also, be it noted, at the core of leftism. Thus, it is an attack on a core article of faith of leftism, the easy, certain, and reliable malleability of Man, an arguably sentient being.

  4. Pseudorandom Bypasser says:

I’d like to shamelessly point out that you missed my possibly useful effortcomment on the recent intuition post, Aeoli.

    • Aeoli Pera says:

Sorry, I did read that but it didn’t get the attention it deserved. Time is my bottleneck right now. Any protest if I use it as a guest post?

      • Pseudorandom Bypasser says:

I don’t think it’s suitable for that, after all it was basically three separate comments (insight + unrelated concept and concept porn suggestion + unrelated personal anecdote) meant to you. Maybe make a note to take some time to check if it fits the existing theory and gives it a tangible connection. Two-streams hypothesis and the related visual and verbal systems definitely seem to fit the different edenic backs.

  5. Young Heaving Bosoms of Liberty says:

Sounds awesome. Makes me wish I had taken part.

  6. Aeoli you’ve banned all the best people it almost makes me feel like a minor league player being left off that list. But also please don’t ban me too.

    • Aeoli Pera says:

      >Aeoli you’ve banned all the best people it almost makes me feel like a minor league player being left off that list.

Shape up and fly right and next time you could be among those lofty names.

      >But also please don’t ban me too.

You know me, I’m a raving lunatic who could go off over anything.

I knew that comment was coming because I was going to write it! AEOLI IS NOW PROMOTING THUGMUGGING, THESE INTERNET GANGSTERS NOW GET THEIR NAMES LISTED AND THE PASSIVE-LAWFUL ONES DON’T GET A MENTION !!1

I think that FAQ is needed, are their certain red pills needed for certain professions/personalities that will help you get an edge/survive? Sure are.
Would the blue piller benefit from 1+1=2. Sure but that gets thrown out the window when its time for a mortgage it takes 300 years to pay back so… even the most basic red pill is wasted on the blue pilled.

I think what will be revealed is that the most epic shockvalue red pills will have the most mundane and basic “equalizer”. Cut down on screen time, go for a walk everyday and if someone is being problematic just beat them with a stick, like Jesus did.

What i think im saying is itz very simple at best, but there is something in the soup that makes it “go on” forever, or making a person not wanting to sort themselves out and keep on going nowhere, namsayin`? inb4 all pills are narcotics, regardless if you buy them from Thugmug on the street, your doctor or the internet.

Real ice age niggaz, real ztreet fightz.

There are a lot of very basic things even normies never learned because no one felt obligated to tell them. You can’t even count on your parents to tell you they expect grandkids, and I guy like me won’t figure out it was *implied* until he’s 26 and it’s probably too late.

          >>You can’t even count on your parents to tell you they expect grandkids, and I guy like me won’t figure out it was *implied* until he’s 26 and it’s probably too late.

          tfw… :(

The only thing they told me was to never marry before 25, which considering the fate of my siblings may well have been less wrong than the alternatives. But now I’m a 30-year-old boy, and I’m wondering if another woman is really the answer I need.

          • Aeoli Pera says:

Reproduction is the answer, emotionally, for 90% of the population, NT or otherwise. But it’s only the answer, practically, for those with stable social networks, incomes, and emotions.

            • Rainbow Confederate says:

              Yup.

Saddest thing is, I have none of those things and am unlikely to ever get them. Even more sad is that I’m probably better off than my four siblings, and all of them have kids.

            • Aeoli Pera says:

Which would be the easiest? Emotional stability came with income for me.

          • bicebicebice says:

“do what makes you happy son!” <— biggest cop out of all time.
My saving grace is trying to emulate my grandparents, without the built-in white altruistic autismo belief that people are sane and will do the right thing. "if itz obvious why write it down HE are you stupid why would anyone import half the third world and ruin their lives HEH dumbass?"

Maybe this is why we don't have surviving neanderthal writing? reasoning being "if you are so stupid you need to have it spelled out for you that its a dumb idea to chop off your penis and let a homo erectus bang your wife there is nothing in the world that can save you"

yeah you know what namsayin, lets keep on sayin it, hopefully the song of our people can break the conditioning with reasonable expectations, obviously.

            • Aeoli Pera says:

              In my case it was…
              “Do whatever you want.”
I don’t want to do anything.
              “Just do something.”
I want to work at McDonald’s and read library books forever.
“Well, you have to do something else.”
…I want to go to college?
“We support you 100% in pursuing your dreams. What do you want to study?”
              Philosophy.
              “Yeah, no.”
              …Physics?
              “Getting warmer..”
              …Engineering physics?
“Close enough. We support you 50% in pursuing your dreams.”

            • Akuma says:

@Aeoli. Did they ever state specifically what they wanted? Cause if not thats some serious gaslighting on their part.

In my case I went with Anthro as a Major because theres so many subfields you can use it for anything. Apprantly though thats beyond sapiens.

Deegress are worthless though and heres a true story as to why:
I once had a Phd Psychiatrist try to label me as having Delusional Disorder because the cunt must have thought Anthropology was a schizophrenic neogolism. Her exact words “Theres that word again.” After I said Anthropology then gave her the bantz, lit her the fuck up and took her pea brain through a blender. Its really depressing when you know more about Brain Anatomy than a Phd Psychiatrist. I wonder how many peoples lives are now ruined because of that cunt.

        • Akuma says:

This is what my prior comment about time was referencing. They are expecting to have grandchildren right now. They lack the ability to factor in gestation periods into their decision making. There’s no procedure to get to the end result. If someone like this became a surgeon theyd reattach a body part from another animal if your limb was severed. If that makes sense.

          • Aeoli Pera says:

            >This is what my prior comment about time was referencing. They are expecting to have grandchildren right now.

I took that completely wrong, sorry. It was very faggy of me.

            >They lack the ability to factor in gestation periods into their decision making. There’s no procedure to get to the end result. If someone like this became a surgeon theyd reattach a body part from another animal if your limb was severed. If that makes sense.

It did with a bit of reflection. Magical thinking doesn’t do chains of causality, it does desire and imitation.

        • Tom Kratman says:

Why is 26 too late? Serious question.

          • Aeoli Pera says:

It’s a good question, but I suspect you’ll be stuck guessing.

            • Tom Kratman says:

Or was that you that left me guessing, in which case, I assure you, 26 is not too late.

            • Aeoli Pera says:

Depends what he meant by that. If you’re working part/full-time for $8/hr with a load of debt and no prospects, the rational thing is to give up. I got lucky and it still took every ounce of genius to claw myself out of that, and it’s just not viable for most. So it depends how bad it is.

I deleted your other comment because I don’t want you discouraging people from responding to this thread. Admittedly, it’s already a wasteland, but somebody might stumble in here later.

            • Tom Kratman says:

Well, one notes that, at least for someone hale, of average intelligence, and without a serious criminal record, there is still the armed forces. Yes, it is wiser to enlist earlier and have a bit of rank before marriage, but, enlisting at 18, at 26 one is usually a staff sergeant, making the equivalent of rather more than 50k a year (37k pay, and about 3k rations, plus sundry other benefits, medical, insurance, that kind of thing. Housing allowance varies radically, but, for example, it’s about 36k in Honolulu, 40k in Boston, and about 21k in st paul. This is considerably better than 8 bucks an hour, even though the hours can be fierce.

            • Tom Kratman says:

That reminds me, too. There’s usually a program to get the services, Army, anyway, to pay back student loans for you, so you might add quite a bit to that not ungenerous set of pay, allowances, and benefits.

            • Aeoli Pera says:

Worth noting as an option for the general case.

            • Tom Kratman says:

I used to keep a recruiting brochure for the French Foreign Legion on my office desk, for that one client who might show up for whom there was no hope whatsoever. Never said a word about it; just left it there.

      • Lizard King says:

“THESE INTERNET GANGSTERS NOW GET THEIR NAMES LISTED AND THE PASSIVE-LAWFUL ONES DON’T GET A MENTION !!1”

Mwahaha, this is how we gain our power. Mention our name and we grow stronger. Soon I shall control the entirety of the interwebz. Everyone will be using my Lizbuckz with a microchip implanted in their forehead!

        Soon…
