The basic idea of the energy, momentum, focus is to get energy first, then use that basis to enable momentum, then use that basis to enable focus. Having done that, you get to pick your One Thing because focus is the essence of victory in any battle. You won’t win every battle, or even all of the ones you want to win, or the war, but you can obtain the one point where you’re willing to put all of your energies. (And occasionally, as at Thermopylae, that one point can be the linchpin in an entire war.)
Law 23: Concentrate your forces. Conserve your forces and energies by keeping them concentrated at their strongest point. You gain more by finding a rich mine and mining it deeper, than by flitting from one shallow mine to another – intensity defeats extensity every time. When looking for sources of power to elevate you, find the one key patron, the fat cow who will give you milk for a long time to come.

48 Laws of Power
They are also placed in this order because energy is a prerequisite for momentum, and momentum is a prerequisite for focus. This is important, because pursuing them out of order can only produce disaster. You can think of this as analogous to Maslow’s hierarchy or the ERG theory, where energy is the reward for satisfying Existence needs, momentum is the reward for satisfying Relational needs, and focus is the reward for satisfying Growth needs.
I’ve sperged out a bit and started a more expanded version of the EMF idea, starting from the very bottom prerequisite (suffering) and working up through the dependencies to the very top of (charity). I’ve been attacking it haphazardly so it’s very rough and I’m only about half done with the first draft, but I think it’s a good illustration of how I believe this information ought to eventually be organized.

From Chapter IV (Rule Following Analysis of Behavior) of The Myth of Mental Illness by Thomas Szasz:
“Social, Religious, or Moral Rules In the class of social, religious, and moral rules belong all prescriptive laws governing social relationships, whether these are said to originate from a single God, a multiplicity of deities, or culture and society. These laws differ from so-called natural laws with respect to geographical scope or distribution and also in the nature of the sanctions. Natural laws hold for all parts of the world, although, as it is now realized, they may not apply in situations outside of it, for example on another planet. The term “social rules” designates all the rules that originate from the prevailing practices of a social group. If these are significantly disobeyed, the person will perish. The emphasis here is on the word “person,” for our focus has shifted from biological to social survival—which depends on adapting to the social rules or changing them to suit one’s needs, much as biological survival depends on adapting to biological rules.”

P.s. If MM had any balls hed review this book.

Thats nice, but to whom is All of this meant for (inb4 itz a DRAFT, dumbass)? Which focus is best suited for one of the 16 IQ-lgbt personality types (which ones are the most like the Eden ones). Yeah thats a lot to ask, sorry :).
It’s meant to be generic but the audience I have in mind is the new underclass: https://aeolipera.wordpress.com/2017/10/27/reinventing-normal-self-help-for-the-new-underclass/
Regarding the magabyss+this energy post: Trump got even more energized due to america being a blackpilled nation, so… If a person gets fatigue from reading about or partaking in the societal mores, then that is good because you actually have energy to lose!
Energy apathy is being unmoved by anything, just an animal going through the motions no matter what, the big perk of that is spawning more children regardless of whateverthefuck.
This could very well be the first test to see if r/K tickles one fancy, because ones own reaction can’t be faked/chosen.
I have quite a few new tabs opened. :-) After reading those I’ll conquer the world, hopefully!
It’s intended to be pretty generic advice.
