Window art

One of the neighbor kids made this today and I think it’s the coolest.

Presumably it’s some kind of paint that comes off because these are apartments. Anyone know what these are called? I want to do one.

    Low res, but looks like blue painter’s tape for the lines and dry erase marker or something for the color.

    Would search for kids stained glass window project or tape art or something, might check later
