If you ever need to parse thousands of text addresses from strings into city, state, zip code, etc., here’s my advice…parse the text from right to left. Start by trimming the first five characters from the right and test them for IsNumber (sometimes it will be part of a county name, a typo, or an oddball zip code from another country), then trim the white spaces and do likewise for the state, and so on.
(It took me two days doing this the wrong way so I figured it would be worth mentioning.)

That said, I don’t believe Harry Potter is really best explained by this analysis. I see this more as a reading of a potential resting state for the sort of social system described metaphorically.
