Only incidentally related: Akuma has been bugging me for years to disavow the profession of psychiatry in general, which is the subject of this podcast before they get to the e-mails. In lieu of doing that criticism myself, you can find that here:

They do a good job and there isn’t much I would change. The comparison with economics is particularly illuminating. But I’ll still play within the subject of psychology because I’m special and the rules don’t apply to me, and I take more of a moderate position on psychopathic atheist and pagan anti-Christian ideologues like Freud and Jung for the same reason that most of my Alt-Right* news sources are also psychopathic atheist and pagan anti-Christian ideologues.

*Excuse me, the artists formerly known as the Alt-Right. How could I ever make the mistake of using last year’s term. I feel as bad as if I’d called someone an American Indian when it’s whatever the fuck it is now.
