Beat my 5k goal by 35 seconds

I set this goal after hitting my mile time back in…March?…so I would have a target for my training plan. I ran it in 21:10, which is an average mile time of 6:49 and an average speed of 8.8 mph.

Fastest ever was 18:45ish back when I was 19, so I can’t claim to be in the best shape of my life, but I’m moving steadily in that direction. I still have my sights set on that sub-18 5k goal that I (foolishly) set for myself back when I started this goal-setting nonsense in…2018? Just taking a little longer than expected is all.

Aeoli have you noticed i ask you leading questions to get you thinking about a topic i think can help you out in life? no one wants to take advice from an omega male like me so i have to make it less obvious that im trying to give advice basically.

  3. LOADED says:
